Since 1976, HelpingMinds (formerly Arafmi) has been helping the family and friends of people living with mental health challenges. Currently, our organisations offer free and confidential support to adults, children, families, partners and individuals impacted by mental health challenges across WA & NT through counselling, workshops, support groups, advocacy and more.
